Invitation FAQs
Unfortunately at this time we do not provide physical samples to be purchased. Within two weeks of receiving both your deposit and information sheet you will be provided with a digital proof of your invitation suite reflecting your custom selections.
All Real Mart wedding invitation orders include customization of your choice of paper: bright white or off white (unless otherwise noted); ink color (please see our color chart), choice of colored envelopes, and type of printing (flat or letterpress printing). The invitation suites are “as is,” if you need fewer pieces (e.g. you do not need a hotel card) or you need additional coordinating pieces (hotel cards, menus, escort cards, etc.) please contact us for details on final pricing.
A digital proof is a layout of your files with your information and colors (although colors may vary on the screen). It will be emailed to you via Adobe PDF.
You have two rounds of revisions to make any tweaks or correct any spelling errors in your files. This is limited only to color choices, and type changes. Please contact us for unique custom design projects if you are interested in something other than what you see online.
After the digital proofing process you will need to go online and purchase the wedding suite of your choice at the quantity you desire. At this point, we will already have all your information and will quickly move into the printing and production phases.
All orders (without assembly) take up to 2 to 3 weeks to ship after your final proof approval. Rush order is available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to placing the order for more details.
We ship via Priority Mail, which normally takes about 3 days for US domestic, and 10-15 days for international shipping.
Absolutely. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please let us know and we will give you an estimate for an upgraded shipping fee.
All invitation orders are custom and therefore are considered final purchases and non-refundable. However, if you receive your order and are unhappy for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to help find a solution to your concerns.
Due to color variations between screens, there may be a slight difference in the digital proofs and final printed products. If you have specific colors in mind, a Pantone color number, paint chip, or fabric samples (snail-mailed to us) will help us make the best color choice decisions.
Wedding Invitation Policies
1. Pick your favorite
To get started, look through our designs, read our policies and FAQ’s and find a design you love that represents your big day. As you’re looking, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us at invitations@shoprealmart.com and we will be happy to help. When you’ve made your design decision, place your order. Please note that wedding invitations start at a 100-quantity minimum.
2. Ordering the invites
Once we receive your order, we will email you an information sheet to customize your order. Fill out the information sheet, send it back, and we will then begin designing your invitation, sending you a digital proof when it’s ready. You will have the opportunity to make 2 rounds of revisions to these digital proofs. During this process we will customize your information, your colors, and work out any other necessary details.
Once you are happy with the digital proofs, we will send you an approval form before we print your invitations. No additional changes can be made to your invites at this point. Please carefully review your proofs prior to approving them, because we cannot offer a refund due to errors (such as misspelled words). Should there be any errors or changes to your document an additional fee will be assessed and must be paid before moving into production phase.
3. Printing
After all payments are processed we will start the printing and production phase of your order.
Digital proofs will take approximately 7 to 14 days to complete. Length of time it takes to approve the design greatly depends on the speediness of your responses. We will always respond to your inquires or questions within 48 hours. Should you need immediate assistance with your project, you can always call us at 937-281-4040 or email invitations@shoprealmart.com.

Please note that the “per invitation” price reflected on our site is based on careful consideration of several factors, such as: designer’s time to customize the order, number of pieces included in your order, complexity of these pieces (e.g. cutting lace bellybands), number of ink colors used (e.g. 1-color versus 2-color wedding invites).

We accept all major forms of credit cards. All Ohio sales will incur a sales tax charge of 6.25%. Please note that all custom invitation sales are final and non-refundable.

Party Invitation Policies

By selecting the invitation type and quantity online, you agree to our terms and conditions and start the design process. For all party and baby invitations, payment in full is required prior to proofs. Upon receiving payment, we will send you an information sheet to fill out and customize your order. As soon as we have all of your information, we will start preparing a digital proof for you.

Shipping Policy
To save you from reading lines and lines of boring copy about how we’ll get your purchases to you, we’ve created a short and sweet Q&A overview. If we haven’t addressed your question below, please email it to us or send us a message. Chances are someone else wants to ask it too.
We ship all of our goods via FedEx Ground, so all we need to calculate your shipping costs is the zip code where you’re sending your purchase. Enter your zip code during checkout and voilà!
Your final shipping costs are based on the total weight of your purchase(s), rounded up to the nearest pound. For example, if you buy two bracelets, which weigh .25 pounds each, you will be charged one pound for shipping.
You have two options when it comes to receiving your Real Mart goods. Your first option is to have it shipped to you via FedEx Ground. Simply enter your zip code during checkout and get your exact shipping costs.
Or, if you’re in the Dayton area and want to pick up your purchase, come on over! We’ll have your purchase all packaged and ready to go, and you’ll get to skip those pesky shipping costs.

We’ll do everything we can to let the person delivering your package know just how fragile and precious the contents are. We know accidents happen though, and sometimes things might arrive slightly (or majorly) damaged. If that’s the case, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
